Job Overview
The Mechanical Engineering Graduate: Site & Services role provides practical exposure to engineering operations within a high-volume distribution centre environment. The graduate will support site services, equipment maintenance, inventory control of spares, and operational reporting while working closely with technicians and cross-functional teams.
This role is ideal for technically inclined graduates seeking hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical systems within large-scale logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities

Support technicians in maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment within the distribution centre

Assist with inventory management of engineering spares, tools, and equipment

Monitor and report unsafe acts, safety risks, and housekeeping standards

Support site services operations across facilities and production areas

Assist with basic data analysis and reporting related to site performance

Collaborate with cross-functional operational and engineering teams

Gain exposure to supply chain, production, and distribution processes
Qualifications
Education

N6 Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
Experience

Graduate-level candidate with limited or no prior work experience

Exposure to engineering, facilities, or technical environments is advantageous
