About the Role
Boost Marketing is looking for a high-performing Paid Media Specialist to support the execution, optimisation, and management of digital advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms.
This role is ideal for a data-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented digital marketer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. The successful candidate will work hands-on with campaign setups, creative asset uploads, reporting, and ongoing optimisation to drive measurable growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities

βοΈ Implement & manage paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and others.

πΌοΈ Configure campaigns including creative uploads, tracking setups, and platform integrations.

π Monitor & optimise campaigns to achieve performance benchmarks and client goals.

π Analyse data to generate actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

π Prepare internal reports outlining campaign performance, issues, and opportunities.

π€ Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign tactics with larger marketing objectives.

π Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging digital advertising tools.
Minimum Requirements

π» Hands-on experience running campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.

π Competency in Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and conversion tracking setups.

π§ Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.

π£οΈ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

π Highly proactive, organised, and able to work independently.

π’ Agency experience is advantageous.

π§© Interest in behavioural science or consumer psychology is a plus.
