Only 10% of qualifying cardiac and pulmonary patients typically attend traditional rehab programs, but at Carda, we’re changing that through our virtual rehabilitation platform.

Position Overview
We are looking for a Member Experience Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and thrives in a dynamic remote work environment. As a member of our team, you will provide essential administrative support to our clinical and member experience teams. You will ensure that patient care runs smoothly, managing communications, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
🗓 Patient Coordination
- Schedule and confirm virtual appointments with patients.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of communications and treatment plans.
- Coordinate follow-up communications with patients to ensure seamless care.
💻 Administrative Support
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as call and email management.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records for efficient workflow.
📞 Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address patient inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey.
📚 Medical Records Management
- Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure that all records are confidential, accurate, and up to date.
🤝 Team Collaboration
- Work closely with healthcare providers, technical support teams, and other staff to ensure smooth patient care delivery.
- Assist in troubleshooting telehealth platform issues for patients and team members.
What We Look For
🎓 Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
📝 Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare or clinical environment.
💻 Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Experience with telehealth platforms and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
🗣 Communication
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to clearly explain processes to patients and staff.
📋 Organization & Multitasking
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all communications and record-keeping.
❤️ Customer Service
- Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care and resolve issues effectively.
- Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy regulations.
