📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Provide professional, friendly, and solution-driven service to AVBOB clients at various branches
🔹 Manage and document all customer inquiries
🔹 Assist with onboarding clients into the AVBOB Member Rewards Programme
🔹 Escalate complex customer issues to relevant supervisors
🔹 Maintain and update client records
🔹 Conduct follow-ups and post-service feedback surveys
🔹 Identify client service concerns and assist in implementing improvements
🔹 Contribute to innovation by keeping up with service trends and client expectations
