🧾 JOB OVERVIEW

Metropolitan Life is offering an 18-month Sales Learnership Programme for unemployed youth interested in building a career in sales, customer service, and the insurance industry.

Learners will gain practical workplace exposure while completing a Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification, subject to performance.

🧭 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete all required theoretical learning and assessments

• Perform administrative and reporting duties accurately and on time

• Compile, collate, and distribute documents according to company standards

• Attend to client queries professionally to ensure excellent service delivery

• Screen and route queries to relevant stakeholders

• Assist with resolving client-related issues

• Maintain office housekeeping and compliance standards

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

📘 Education

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification

🧑‍💼 Experience

• No prior work experience required

• Must be unemployed at the time of application

• Strong attention to detail

• Good planning and time-management skills

• Numerical and analytical ability

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
