Old Mutual is looking for a professional and customer-focused MFC Salaried Financial Advisor to join their team in Benoni. In this key client-facing role, you will provide expert advice on financial products and solutions that empower customers to plan for brighter, more secure futures.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and appropriate financial advice based on each client’s financial goals and current circumstances.

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand and support their long-term financial aspirations.

• Offer guidance on asset protection, estate planning, and other financial planning needs.

• Proactively engage your allocated market segment with tailored financial solutions.

• Meet individual sales targets and performance metrics.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 (Compulsory)

• FAIS compliance (or be willing to work towards it)

• RE5 certificate is an advantage

• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

• A clear criminal and credit record

• At least 3 years’ work experience, preferably in sales or client service

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven proficiency in MS Office
