We are on the lookout for a MFC Salaried Financial Advisor – a dynamic, self-driven individual who is ready to make an impact by providing professional, tailored advice to our valued customers.
About the Role
As an MFC Salaried Financial Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in delivering financial advice to a specific, allocated market segment using a defined set of products. You’ll be responsible for meeting performance targets and cultivating long-term client relationships, all while aligning with Old Mutual’s high ethical and compliance standards.
This is a FAIS-aligned role (Category B) – therefore, compliance with all regulatory requirements (Fit and Proper, honesty, integrity, and qualifications) is mandatory.

What You’ll Need

Matric / Grade 12 (minimum requirement)
-
Valid driver’s licence and access to own vehicle

FAIS-compliant qualification
-
Clear criminal and credit record
-
Minimum of 3 years’ work experience (preferably in sales)

Computer literacy (MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Presentation and negotiation skills (advantageous)
