Learnership Overview
The Momentum Health Contact Centre Learnership 2026 is a structured 12-month programme combining theoretical learning with practical workplace experience. It is designed to equip learners with essential skills in medical aid administration and insurance, culminating in an Occupational Certificate (NQF Level 5).
This programme prepares learners for the workplace, enhances employability, and opens opportunities within the healthcare and insurance sectors.
Minimum Requirements

Completed Grade 12 (Matric)

Passed Mathematics (β₯40%) or Mathematical Literacy (β₯60%)
-
Passed English and another South African language (β₯50%)
-
Basic computer literacy (advantageous)

South African citizen, aged 18β30 years
-
Unemployed and able to commit full-time to the 12-month learnership

Not currently studying at tertiary level
-
Not have completed the same Learnership previously
-
Certified copies of Matric certificate and ID (not older than 3 months)
Key Responsibilities

Attend classroom-based learning and practical on-the-job training

Acquire knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures

Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for submission to SETA

Complete logbooks and assessments for work-based learning

Demonstrate proficiency using company systems and operational processes
-
Conduct oneself professionally and uphold Momentum Group values

Pass the EISA exam
