🖌️ About the Role:

Betway Africa is on the hunt for a creative, detail-driven Mid-weight Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic in-house creative team. Based in the heart of Cape Town, this role will place you at the center of the online gaming world, where innovation meets entertainment.

As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for designing a wide range of digital assets—from HTML banners to landing pages, video animations, press ads, flyers, and motion graphics. You’ll collaborate with marketing and promotional teams, ensuring the brand remains visually compelling and competitive.

🧠 Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute innovative digital design projects.

• Create motion graphics and video content aligned with campaign goals.

• Produce high-quality marketing materials including flyers, press ads, and LED content.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and deliver impactful designs.

• Mentor junior designers by sharing design knowledge and skills.

• Stay current by attending design workshops and reviewing industry publications.

• Maintain consistency across all visual communications.

• Manage multiple projects while meeting strict deadlines.

• Uphold creative standards and brand guidelines.

📚 Minimum Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or relevant qualification in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design.

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in multimedia/digital design.

  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

  • Experience with HTML/CSS and web animation is a plus.
