Job Overview
Eduvos is seeking a National Regulatory Compliance Officer to provide expert regulatory guidance and assurance across all campuses. This role is central to ensuring compliance with admissions, articulation, and immigration requirements while supporting institutional risk management and regulatory obligations.
The successful candidate will work closely with recruitment teams, academic staff, student affairs, and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and compliant enrolment and academic journey processes across the institution.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Provide regulatory guidance and support on institutional compliance requirements impacting enrolment and the academic journey
β’ Advise recruitment, student affairs teams, and academic staff on admission and immigration requirements
β’ Support and audit admissions, articulation, and immigration processes across campuses
β’ Provide reasonable assurance through risk management of processes impacting institutional compliance status
β’ Validate and confirm documentation for internal and external regulatory purposes
β’ Consult with internal and external stakeholders on special or complex cases
β’ Provide immigration guidance and support to business units, including issuing official letters for international students
β’ Monitor and support compliance with applicable higher education regulatory frameworks
β’ Report on compliance risks, findings, and recommendations to the National Manager: Regulatory and Compliance
Qualifications
Education
β’ Graduate qualification in Compliance, Risk Management, Process Optimisation, or a related field
Experience
β’ Level 1: Up to 2 yearsβ experience in a compliance-related role within Higher Education
β’ Level 2: 3 years or more experience in regulatory compliance or a related environment
Skills
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office
β’ Working knowledge of regulatory tracking systems
β’ Understanding of applicable higher education regulatory policies
β’ Knowledge of audit processes and methodologies (advantageous)
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
β’ Ability to exercise sound judgment and adapt thinking when required
