🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Network Administrator at NAS IT, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of our network infrastructure:

• Plan, implement, and manage LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.

• Administer core networking equipment including switches, routers, and firewalls.

• Perform network capacity planning and performance analysis.

• Ensure uptime, availability, and security across all network segments.

• Maintain documentation of the network infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.

• Execute network upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Collaborate with IT teams to support cloud-based printing and VoIP technologies.

• Administer and monitor IPSEC tunnels and SD-WAN implementations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex networking issues swiftly and efficiently.

🛠️ Technical Requirements

To thrive in this role, candidates must have extensive experience and proficiency in the following areas:

✅ Core Qualifications

• MCSE and CCNA certifications (Mandatory)

• Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, BCom Informatics, or equivalent (Advantageous)

• Minimum 5 years experience in a Network Administrator role

✅ Technical Skills

• Deep knowledge of Routing & Switching

• Strong understanding of Windows 2000/2003, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

• Cisco Networks and Cisco Network Security administration

• Aruba WiFi and Aruba Clearpass setup and support

• Fortinet Firewalls, Fortinet SDWAN, Fortinet Manager, and Analyzer

• IPSEC Tunnel configuration and troubleshooting

• Cloud-based printing and VoIP Telephony experience
