As a key player in our IT operations, you will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management of our network systems—including planning, implementation, maintenance, performance tuning, and security.

• Design, install, and maintain robust network infrastructure across the organization.

• Ensure network availability, performance, and security across all platforms and branches.

• Manage and monitor switches, routers, and firewalls with a strong disaster recovery strategy.

• Conduct capacity planning, security monitoring, and performance reporting.

• Provide expert troubleshooting support and implement upgrades proactively.

• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align infrastructure with strategic objectives.

✅ Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• MCSE and CCNA certifications – essential.

• A relevant diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or BCom Informatics – advantageous.

• At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in network administration.

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with:

  • Cisco: Enterprise networks & network security

  • Aruba: WiFi solutions, Aruba ClearPass

  • Fortinet: Firewalls, SD-WAN, Fortinet Manager & Analyzer

• Strong experience with:

  • Routing and Switching

  • VoIP telephony

  • IPSEC VPNs

  • Windows environments: Windows 2000/2003, Active Directory

  • Network protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
