🎯 JOB OVERVIEW

The Networking Lecturer role is responsible for delivering high-quality Information Technology education with a focus on Networking modules. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, assessment, academic administration, and student support while upholding Eduvos’ academic standards and contributing to departmental objectives within the Faculty of Information Technology.

🧩 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lecture Networking modules within the Information Technology faculty

• Prepare, present, and update lecture material and study guides

• Set, mark, and moderate assessments in line with academic policies

• Perform general academic and administrative duties

• Ensure quality assurance and academic compliance

• Identify and support at-risk students

• Participate in departmental activities and academic meetings

🎓 QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• BSc Honours or Postgraduate Diploma in:

  • Data Science

  • Computer Science

  • Computer Engineering

Experience

• Relevant lecturing experience in higher education

• Knowledge of higher education practices and academic processes

• Exposure to or involvement in academic research

Skills

• Strong subject knowledge in Networking

• Effective communication and presentation skills

• Organisational and planning ability
