Role Overview:
Interns in Western & Northern Cape will focus on human resources, assisting with HR management, training, and administrative functions. This provides practical exposure to workforce management and public service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment, HR development, and employee relations
Support administrative tasks and departmental reporting
Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Participate in mentoring, training, and team projects

Qualifications:

Western & Northern Cape Region Human Resource Department (Ref No: WCNC-HR-001- 12/25) Diploma/Advance Diploma / Degree in; Human Resource Management ,

Human Resource Development,

Industrial Psychology

Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or HR Development
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Computer literacy and ability to work with HR systems
