Radisson Hotel & Convention Centre, OR Tambo is seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead our guest relations during the overnight shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience and efficient hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the smooth running of guest relations and front office operations throughout the night.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, complaints, or emergencies, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

  • Monitor night audit reports, room occupancy, and ensure accurate financial processing.

  • Lead and motivate the night shift team, encouraging a culture of service excellence, accountability, and personal growth.

  • Maintain close communication with all departments, especially Housekeeping and Security, to ensure smooth transitions and guest safety.

  • Drive a consistent guest engagement program and uphold Radisson’s standards of hospitality.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations, maintaining operational records and performing audits where necessary.

  • Monitor departmental budgets, costs, and inventory, striving for operational efficiency and profitability.


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar Night Manager or Guest Relations leadership role.

  • Strong experience in night audit reporting, financial processes, and guest service operations.

  • Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset.

  • A calm, empathetic, and professional approach to handling stressful or emergency situations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A passion for exceptional guest service and commitment to hospitality excellence.

  • Proficient with IT systems, hotel PMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
