JOB OVERVIEW

The Nurse (M/W) role forms part of Club Med’s Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) team, responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of guests throughout their stay.

As a healthcare professional in a resort environment, you will play a critical role in first-line medical care, emergency response, and preventive health measures. This position requires strong clinical judgement, empathy, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess patients’ conditions, including pain levels and symptoms, and administer first aid or appropriate medical care.

• Decide on further medical treatment or referrals when necessary and maintain accurate follow-up records.

• Provide age-appropriate medical care and treatments for children.

• Manage medical supplies, ensuring availability and replenishment of essential equipment.

• Prepare and coordinate home care files in collaboration with ISOS and department management.

• Liaise with local doctors, clinics, and medical facilities to ensure continuity of care.

• Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards within the medical facility.

• Actively contribute to emergency preparedness and prevention protocols within the resort.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Official State Registered Nursing qualification or equivalent Nursing Diploma.

Experience

• Minimum 1 to 3 years of professional nursing experience.

• Experience in emergency care, hospitality, or remote medical settings is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong observational, analytical, and diagnostic abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Calm, decisive, and reliable under pressure.

• High level of empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.
