Position Summary
As a Nursing Practitioner at Clicks Alberton, your role is to establish a loyal client base by promoting our clinic services and delivering high standards of patient care. You will work across various nursing disciplines including community health, primary health care, and midwifery. Your contribution will ensure the clinic runs efficiently and that all patient information is securely managed.
Job Objectives
✔ Client Relationship Management:
• Build and grow a loyal client base through effective service promotion.
✔ Service Delivery:
• Provide a wide range of clinic services, such as:
– Lifestyle management screening tests
– ‘Well baby’ clinics
– Health immunisations
– Baby health monitoring
– Reproductive health services
– Adult immunisations
– Primary healthcare (minor ailments & wound care)
– Phlebotomy services
✔ Patient Counseling:
• Advise patients on health information, weight management, and refer them appropriately.
✔ Administration & Reporting:
• Ensure accurate patient documentation, effective clinic administration, and timely reporting on financial and stock management.
✔ Stock & Safety Management:
• Manage clinic stock, monitor cold chain integrity, and implement safety precautions.
✔ Networking & Promotion:
• Establish professional networks and plan Health Days or ad hoc projects to enhance service offerings.
✔ Emergency Management:
• Manage adverse events and emergencies with professionalism and prompt action.

Minimum Requirements
Experience:
Essential:
✔ Minimum of 3 years practical experience across a broad range of nursing disciplines, preferably in Community Health, Primary Health, and Midwifery.
Desirable:
✔ Experience with Unisolv and Allegra is an advantage.
Education:
✔ Registered Nursing Practitioner qualification as per SANC
✔ A 3-year Diploma in Nursing or a 4-year degree is required
