π§© Key Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience

Communicate proactively with candidates and internal departments
β
Assist in the setup of systems, tools, and accounts for new hires
β
Schedule orientation sessions and ensure completion of all documentation
β
Collaborate with HR, IT, and team leads to create personalized onboarding plans
β
Gather feedback and identify opportunities to continuously improve the onboarding process
π― Qualifications & Requirements
βοΈ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
βοΈ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
βοΈ Experience in HR, recruitment, customer service, or administration is a plus
βοΈ Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
βοΈ Tech-savvy and proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and project management platforms
