💼 Internship Overview

TikTok is offering an exciting Operational Sales Internship for passionate, driven, and detail-oriented individuals ready to kick-start their career in media, sales operations, and digital marketing.

As an intern, you’ll work closely with sales teams, contribute to business growth strategies, manage projects, and gain hands-on experience in one of the world’s most dynamic tech environments.

🔧 Responsibilities

• 📊 Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and marketing data to uncover insights.

• 📁 Organising Digital Assets: Support the creation and management of sales decks, marketing content, and presentations.

• 📈 Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and reporting on internal and client-facing projects.

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Must be currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Media, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

• Completed relevant Digital Marketing courses.

• Fluent in English – written and spoken.

• Available immediately for a 6-month full-time internship.

• Must be based in or able to work from Johannesburg.

• Prior internship experience in media, advertising, tech, or digital marketing is a plus.
