π Introduction
Thorburn Security Solutions, part of the Tsebo Solutions Group, is seeking an Operations Administrator to provide vital administrative support across the East Region, including KwaZulu-Natal, Free State, and Eastern Cape. This role ensures operational efficiency, accurate reporting, compliance, and smooth execution of key administrative tasks, enabling regional managers to focus on strategic priorities.
π― Key Responsibilities
Financial & Administrative Duties

Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and client portal uploads.

Consolidate monthly fuel spend and prepare reconciliations for payroll and clients.

Handle petty cash and ensure accurate month-end reconciliations.

Maintain asset registers and oversee claims resolution.
Contracts & Compliance
-
Maintain and update client contracts, addendums, and registers.
-
Track CCMA cases and liaise with HR and Compliance teams.

Ensure SLA compliance and monitor client service delivery standards.
Managerial & Operational Support
-
Assist managers with quotations, change notes, and income statement reviews.

Monitor e-learning completion and study assignment submissions.

Coordinate office schedules, emergency work-from-home plans, and event logistics.
π Qualifications & Experience

Education: Grade 12 (Matric).

3β5 yearsβ experience in administrative roles, preferably in security or facilities management.

Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook).

Familiarity with invoicing systems, client portals, and compliance processes.
