Your Role: Operations Associate
As an Operations Associate, you will play a key role in optimizing business processes, managing projects, and supporting compliance efforts. You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Product, Compliance, and Technology to ensure seamless operations and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Process Optimization & Workflow Management
- Assist in designing and implementing efficient workflows across multiple departments.
- Monitor key operational processes, ensuring smooth client onboarding and vendor deliveries.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to enhance efficiency.
✔ Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
- Collect and analyze operational data to generate actionable insights and track KPIs.
- Support leadership teams with performance reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy using tools like HubSpot, JIRA, and Google Analytics.
✔ Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate activities with Sales, Product, and Compliance teams to meet project milestones.
- Act as a key liaison between different departments for seamless communication.
- Support external vendor management and ensure timely project execution.
✔ Vendor & Resource Management
- Track vendor performance, contracts, and budgets.
- Ensure vendors meet agreed KPIs and escalate risks when necessary.
- Assist with finance and procurement processes, including budget tracking and invoicing.
✔ Compliance & Risk Monitoring
- Ensure adherence to risk management and compliance frameworks.
- Support audits and regulatory checks related to KYC, KYB, AML.
- Track risk indicators and support mitigation strategies.
✔ Operational Project Support
- Assist the COO with strategic projects and operational initiatives.
- Support internal task management and milestone-based tracking.
- Ensure all projects meet quality, budget, and deadline requirements.
What We’re Looking For
🎓 Experience & Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of experience in operations, project management, or business analysis (preferably in tech, fintech, or SaaS).
- Familiarity with process optimization methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, JIRA, SharePoint, and project management software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
✨ Bonus Skills:
- Experience in fintech, regtech, or financial services.
- Understanding of compliance processes (KYC, KYB, AML).
- Knowledge of low-code automation platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement.
