Job Overview

The Operations Intern will support the operational team by assisting with daily processes, monitoring performance data, and improving workflow efficiency within the Personal Shopper Programme. This role offers hands-on exposure to business operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the Personal Shopper Programme.

  • Monitor daily operational activities and identify areas for process improvement.

  • Maintain accurate operational records using spreadsheets and internal systems.

  • Analyse operational and performance data using tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.

  • Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational challenges.

  • Contribute to improving internal documentation and knowledge-sharing processes.


Qualifications

Education

  • N6 Certificate in Economics, Business Management, or Project Management.

Experience

  • No prior professional experience required, but academic projects related to operations or business analysis are beneficial.

  • Exposure to data analysis tools or business reporting platforms is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation).

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.

  • Basic knowledge of reporting platforms such as Looker or CRM tools like Salesforce is advantageous.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Effective time management and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
