BSI South Africa invites recent graduates to apply for its Operations Support Internship based in Pretoria. This is an ideal opportunity for young professionals who are passionate about administrative operations and ensuring smooth service delivery in a globally recognised company. Interns will support the operations department in a dynamic, high-performance environment, gaining exposure to critical systems, reporting, and stakeholder communication.


๐Ÿงพ Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the API (Auditor Performance Insights) process

  • Assign CAV (Corrective Action Validation) report reviews to appropriate reviewers

  • Follow up with auditors on required corrective action plans

  • Manage onboarding and qualification maintenance for both new and existing auditors

  • Schedule interviews for potential and new external resources (ERs)

  • Perform administrative tasks to support the operations team

  • Maintain SharePoint filing structures and ensure document control

  • Assist in generating weekly team performance reports


โœ… Minimum Requirements

  • Must have completed a Bachelorโ€™s degree in one of the following:

    • Microbiology

    • Food Technology

    • Environmental Health

    • Occupational Health and Safety

  • Must have graduated in 2024 or later

  • Less than 12 months of full-time work experience

  • Must be currently residing in Pretoria, South Africa

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Able to work full-time starting August 2025

  • Self-motivated and proactive in taking initiative
