🔧 Position Overview: Operator Support Production

PPC’s Mooiplaas site in Pretoria is seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Operator Support Production professional. The successful candidate will provide hands-on assistance in supporting Process Operators within the aggregate production and mining environment.

This is an ideal opportunity for candidates looking to enter or grow within the mining and construction materials industry.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general site housekeeping and maintenance tasks

• Learn and support the operation of all processes in the aggregate production line

• Adhere strictly to Health and Safety protocols on-site

• Demonstrate and apply competence in maintaining conveyor belts and plant machinery

• Work effectively in shift schedules, including potential overtime

• Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

📚 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric

• 1–2 years’ experience in an aggregate or mining environment

• Basic computer literacy

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Knowledge of Health and Safety standards

• Good communication skills at all organizational levels

• Willingness to work shifts and overtime
