Job Overview

Fidelity Services Group is seeking a skilled and proactive OPS Administrator to join our team in Roodepoort. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, excel in administration, and have strong communication skills in both English and Afrikaans, this role is for you. As an OPS Administrator, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Regional Manager and overseeing key operational tasks, including scheduling, report compilation, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support:

    • ✔ Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes.
    • ✔ Maintain the Regional Manager’s diary and filing system.
    • ✔ Screen and prioritize documentation and correspondence.
    • ✔ Answer and direct calls to the Regional Manager.
  • Operational Coordination:

    • ✔ Organize operational travel and accommodation bookings.
    • ✔ Manage CAPEX orders and operational expenses.
    • ✔ Compile weekly and monthly operational reports, including crime statistics and staff headcount updates.
  • Client Liaison:

    • ✔ Investigate and resolve client complaints within prescribed timelines.
    • ✔ Maintain excellent communication and ensure issues do not recur.
  • Human Resource Assistance:

    • ✔ Manage AR headcount, promotions, terminations, and staff requisitions.
    • ✔ Assist in managing excess leave requests.
  • General Administrative Support:

    • ✔ Assist Area Managers and Training Instructors with ad hoc tasks.
    • ✔ Ensure the cleanliness and security of the AR department and Regional Manager’s office.
    • ✔ Serve as an EHS representative for the AR department.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum Qualification: Matric certificate (Grade 12).
  • Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
  • Technical Skills:
    • ✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
