πΌ What Youβll Be Responsible For:

Lead and manage the administration and maintenance of IT environments in line with service level agreements
β
Drive operational risk management in infrastructure services
β
Develop and implement disaster recovery and continuity strategies
β
Coordinate multiple technical projects ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and deadlines
β
Promote collaboration across divisions, partners, vendors, and customers
β
Provide enterprise-level support and resolve escalated technical issues
β
Develop and coach teams to foster innovation, transformation, and performance excellence
β
Monitor and report against budgets and forecasts

NQF Level 4: Grade 12 + 5 years relevant technical support experience

Minimum 3β5 years in infrastructure services or technical support within the ICT sector
π Certifications:

ITIL Foundation (Required)

Broad understanding of supported client technologies (Highly Advantageous)
