Assist in managing content updates and data flow across BCX digital channels, including the website and social platforms, to ensure consistently refreshed and relevant content. Focus on effective UX/UI and community management to enhance overall brand positioning.
Key Deliverables / Primary Functions:
- Plan and execute social content calendar.
- Ensure quality control of copy, images, and videos posted.
- Manage content updates for BCX Careers LinkedIn page.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for website updates.
- Brief and oversee agency deliverables for website and social media.
- Assist in project management for ad hoc briefs.
- Proactively engage BCX social communities, enhance engagement, grow audiences, and accurately communicate BCX brand and solutions.
