Key Responsibilities:

• 🗸 Change Management Support: Assist in facilitating smooth transitions during changes to organisational structure and culture. Support efforts to effectively manage and implement these changes.

• 🗸 Data Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with various departments to collect data and insights, analyze employee data, and provide actionable insights that contribute to improved decision-making.

• 🗸 Organisational Design & Effectiveness: Participate in the design and implementation of frameworks that enhance the company’s overall business strategy. Assist with refining organisational structures and people strategies to align with our goals.

Requirements:

• 🗸 HPCSA-Approved Internship in Industrial Psychology (Required)

• 🗸 HPCSA Registration: PSIN or PS (Required)

• 🗸 Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology (Required)

• 🗸 Minimum 1 year of experience in organisational design and development, with exposure to individual, team, and organisational behavior change.

Additional Qualifications:

• 🗸 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.

• 🗸 Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations.

• 🗸 Ability to work independently and in teams within a fast-paced environment.
