🔍 Job Overview
McCain Foods is looking for an Outbound Supervisor to join our Delmas facility. This key role will involve overseeing stock movements, ensuring warehouse capacity is maximized, and meeting daily operational targets. The Outbound Supervisor will report to the Warehouse Manager in Dispatch, and play a pivotal role in the coordination of stock integrity and transport planning.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
✔ Perform weekly/monthly stock counts and cycle counts
✔ Plan outbound loads and adhere to the shipping plan
✔ Ensure daily adherence to 3PLs offloading time slots
✔ Minimize stock damages and maintain stock integrity
✔ Provide daily/weekly reports on warehouse capacity
✔ Communicate with 3PLs and coordinate transport planning
📋 Key Requirements
✔ Qualification: Minimum of a relevant tertiary qualification
✔ Experience: At least 3 years in the FMCG/Operations & Planning environment
✔ Strong knowledge of SAPWM system
✔ Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment
✔ Exceptional planning and coordination skills
✔ Ability to work in cold and stressful environments
✔ Must be medically fit and capable of handling physical demands
