You’ll assist customers, process sales, maintain store standards, and contribute to achieving sales targets.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
🛍️ Customer Service & Sales
- Provide world-class service to every customer
- Assist customers in finding products and styling outfits
- Use selling techniques like upselling and add-on sales
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for transactions
📦 Stock & Merchandising
- Assist with product flow from stockroom to sales floor
- Help with product ticketing and checking deliveries
- Support visual merchandising and store displays
- Maintain awareness of best-selling products
🧹 Store Operations
- Maintain high housekeeping and cleanliness standards
- Safeguard company assets
- Monitor the sales floor for loss prevention
