As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities and delivering an outstanding in-store experience. You will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, showcase the latest Apple technology, and recommend complete solutions. This role offers a flexible work schedule with only 138 hours per month, making it perfect for those seeking part-time work or extra income.

✅ Key Responsibilities

✔️ Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, providing them with a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
✔️ Sales: Maximize sales by understanding customer needs and presenting tailored Apple solutions.
✔️ Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest Apple products and services, ensuring expert advice is provided.
✔️ Hands-On Demonstration: Engage customers with hands-on demonstrations of Apple products, helping them understand the full functionality.
✔️ Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

🧾 Minimum Requirements

✔️ Completed Matric / Senior Certificate
✔️ Sales Experience (preferably in retail) or strong knowledge of Apple products is a plus
✔️ Passion for Apple Products
✔️ Excellent Communication Skills
✔️ Ability to engage customers, build relationships, and provide tailored solutions
✔️ Flexible Availability: You’ll be required to work 138 hours per month, mainly on weekends
