Position Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Consultant to join the team at iStore Canal Walk, Cape Town. If you’re tech-savvy, enjoy providing top-notch customer service, and have a passion for Apple products, this could be the ideal role for you. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities, ensuring customers have a hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology, and creating lasting, positive experiences.
This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule, requiring you to work just 138 hours per month, making it an excellent option for those seeking a balance between work and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Customer Engagement: Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
✔ Sales Maximization: Promote and sell Apple products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
✔ Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest Apple products and features to offer expert advice and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Matric Certificate (Tertiary education or certifications in retail are a plus).
✅ Sales Experience: Previous experience in retail or product knowledge is an advantage.
✅ Tech Enthusiast: A genuine interest in Apple products and technology.
✅ Customer-Oriented: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the right products.
✅ Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers.
