Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic, tech-savvy individuals with a passion for Apple products to join our iStore Clearwater Mall team as Part-Time Sales Consultants. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing sales opportunities, offering expert product advice, and delivering a hands-on, engaging experience with the latest Apple technology.
Your main goal will be to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and create an outstanding in-store experience, ensuring our customers leave satisfied and eager to return.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Maximize Sales: Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend tailored Apple solutions.
✔ Customer Engagement: Provide hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology and services.
✔ Teamwork: Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and ensure exceptional customer service.
✔ Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest Apple products and services to provide expert guidance.
✔ Customer Experience: Create memorable shopping experiences through excellent service and product knowledge.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Matric Certificate (Tertiary education or relevant certifications would be a bonus)
✅ Sales Experience: Some sales experience, particularly in retail, would be advantageous.
✅ Tech-Savvy: A genuine interest in Apple products, technology, and innovation.
✅ Passionate About Customer Service: Ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
✅ Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide clear solutions.
