We are currently seeking Part-Time Support Consultants to join our team at iStore The Grove in Windhoek. This role offers flexibility, with the opportunity to work either 4 or 5 days a week.


Job Responsibilities

As a Technical Support Consultant at iStore The Grove, your key duties will include:

Technical Support: Troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and offering software support to customers.
Customer Service: Delivering exceptional, professional service to iStore customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
Training Assistance: Assisting customers with training and product usage when needed, ensuring they get the most out of their Apple products.
Problem Solving: Applying your technical knowledge to find solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
Collaborative Teamwork: Working alongside fellow technicians to provide top-notch service and advice to customers.


Required Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

Educational Qualifications: Completed Matric and a minimum IT qualification (A+/N+).
Experience: Proven experience in Helpdesk or 1st Line Support.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of technical issues related to Apple products and software.
Excellent People Skills: Ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally with customers.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting technical issues.
Tenacity: Demonstrate enthusiasm, urgency, and a passion for excellence when tackling challenges.
Conflict Management: Ability to manage complexity, disagreement, and conflict smoothly and professionally.
Situational Awareness: Understanding customer needs and taking the right actions in a timely manner.
Learning & Development: Open-minded, motivated, and eager to seek continuous learning and development opportunities.
