About the Role
As a Partner Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of AWS’s mission to empower businesses and accelerate digital transformation. You will be working directly with strategic Consulting Partners to drive cloud adoption, support growth objectives, and unlock innovation across various industries.
You’ll have the exciting responsibility of developing joint business plans, co-creating go-to-market strategies, and enabling AWS partners to succeed with tailored technical and sales support. You’ll also serve as a strategic advisor, building deep relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at partner organizations.

Create and execute detailed business development plans that support AWS adoption.

Drive collaboration between Consulting Partners and internal AWS Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Architect teams.

Deliver thought leadership and provide insights on best practices to partners and customers.

Present regular business reviews and strategic recommendations to internal and external leadership teams.

Guide partners in creating innovative AWS-powered solutions tailored for their clients.

Support partners in expanding their AWS cloud practices and capability development.

What You’ll Bring
Basic Qualifications:

5+ years’ experience in business development, partnership management, or strategic sales roles.

Proven experience developing and executing business agreements.

Strong strategic thinking and influencing skills at senior levels.
Preferred Qualifications:

Expertise in building complex partner or client relationships in a technology environment.

Experience interpreting data for business decisions and building market strategies.
