We’re seeking an experienced Payroll Implementation Manager to join our Payroll Implementation team. If you have a solid understanding of payroll processes, international regulations, and are passionate about client management, then this is your chance to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality payroll solutions across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
💼 Project Set-Up & Management
- Collaborate with the onboarding team and clients to organize and conduct kickoff meetings.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project plans to ensure the successful roll-out of Global Payroll across multiple countries.
- Independently manage several projects simultaneously and adjust the scope and schedule as needed.
📊 Client & Payroll Process Management
- Define, establish, and set up the required payroll processes and data for clients.
- Ensure that each client’s payroll calendar is managed timely and efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all payroll project matters for clients.
📝 Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed documentation, including project plans, status reports, and process documents.
- Ensure timely project sign-offs and documentation for client-specific needs and processes.
🔄 System Set-Up & Payroll Transition
- Configure payroll interfaces, reports, and system configurations to successfully manage the parallel and live payroll for clients.
- Oversee payroll data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and security.
📞 Communication & Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients, providing regular updates and escalating any risks, issues, or dependencies.
- Schedule and conduct weekly client calls to report on the status of ongoing projects.
Required Qualifications:
🎓 Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
💼 Experience
- A minimum of 2 years in global payroll implementation experience.
- 4 years of experience in running payroll in a designated country, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance across various countries.
🖥️ Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and software.
- Familiarity with data migration and system testing processes.
📈 Project Management & Client Management
- Ability to manage projects independently and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate complex payroll aspects in a clear and professional manner.
🔒 Compliance & Change Management
- In-depth knowledge of local and international tax and labor laws, ensuring full payroll compliance.
- Experience in implementing change management strategies for smooth transitions.
