About the Role

As a People Consulting – Rewards and Remuneration Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping business strategies that depend on people. You will help global clients address complex HR challenges, focusing on Total Reward, Organizational Design, Change Management, Talent Management, HR Technology, Learning, and Transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage business transformation projects across various HR functions.
✔ Deliver high-quality consulting services by analyzing complex HR challenges and developing insightful solutions.
✔ Guide clients in designing and implementing total rewards strategies to enhance employee engagement and business performance.
✔ Develop operating models, organizational structures, and process efficiencies for clients.
✔ Support major change initiatives to help organizations successfully transition to their desired future states.
✔ Assist clients in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs by advising on HR integration strategies.
✔ Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Human Capital Management.
Mentor and lead junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
✔ Identify business development opportunities and contribute to EY’s growth strategy.


What We’re Looking For

🎓 Education: Relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g., HR, Business, or related field).
💼 Experience: 4-5+ years in HR consulting, total rewards, or business transformation.
📌 Expertise: Proven track record in organizational design, rewards & remuneration, talent management, and HR technology.
🔍 Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
