What We Are Looking For:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Development & Transformation Manager to guide and drive transformation strategies, ensuring B-BBEE compliance within our organization. If you are passionate about developing talent, managing transformation projects, and leading the way in skills development, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities: ✔ Guide B-BBEE Compliance: Implement and monitor compliance strategies and processes to ensure adherence to B-BBEE policies and improvement of scores.
✔ Transformation Project Management: Assist in the implementation of transformation initiatives and update BEE policies as needed.
✔ Talent Development: Work closely with Talent Acquisition to drive talent success and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
✔ Skills Gap Interventions: Identify and implement interventions to address critical skills gaps across the organization.
✔ Workplace Skills & Training: Compile and present reports on Skills Development and Transformation, managing budgets for relevant initiatives.
✔ BBEEE Monitoring: Use the monthly scorecard tool to monitor progress and advise on corrective actions as required.
✔ Employee Development & Career Pathing: Assist management in developing career paths for employees in line with business growth strategies.
What Qualifications You Should Have:
✔ Education: NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree) in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
✔ Experience: At least 7 years’ experience in development and transformation, including 3 years in B-BBEE compliance and scorecard management.
✔ Skills: Broad knowledge of B-BBEE Act, Codes of Good Practice, and the defense sector’s transformation charter.
✔ Additional Skills: Strong data analysis, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
