π§© Key Responsibilities
As a People Partner, your mission will be to ensure the delivery of a proactive, compliant, and high-quality HR service. Key responsibilities include:

Partner with business heads and managers to deliver HR initiatives that support performance, engagement, and growth.

Provide expert advice on employee relations matters such as performance plans, leave, policy issues, and pay reviews.

Drive HR best practices, ensuring legal compliance and consistent implementation of people policies.

Facilitate training sessions for leadership and staff on key HR topics.

Support and coach managers to drive a culture of high performance and employee engagement.
-
Analyze people data to identify trends and make evidence-based decisions.

Conduct exit interviews and suggest improvements to retention strategies.

Collaborate with the central People team on strategic projects and organizational design.

Ensure diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing remain central to people initiatives.
π Qualifications & Experience
To thrive in this role, you will need:

Proven experience in a commercially focused People Partner or HR Business Partner position.

Strong background in employee relations and managing ER cases to resolution.
-
Demonstrated success in areas such as performance management, engagement, and organizational change.

Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.

Working knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance.
-
Desired HR qualification (e.g. BCom HRM, CIPD, or regional equivalent).

Strong analytical and Excel skills to interpret HR metrics.

Adaptability to work across structured and ambiguous business environments.
