Minimum Requirements

✔️ Clear criminal record
✔️ Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
✔️ Higher qualification in office administration/public relations (advantageous)
✔️ Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
✔️ Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Driver’s license (advantageous)
✔️ Flexibility to work extended hours if required
✔️ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines


Key Responsibilities 🎯

🔹 Administrative Support: Manage office administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
🔹 Call Handling: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls efficiently.
🔹 Correspondence Management: Handle requests, queries, and feedback for management and clients.
🔹 Report Preparation: Assist in maintaining and updating various branch reports.
🔹 Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-ups.
🔹 Diary Management: Organize schedules, appointments, and events.
🔹 Visitor Management: Arrange access, screen, and welcome visitors professionally.
🔹 Uniform Management: Order, collect, and issue company uniforms as required.
🔹 General Office Support: Assist the Branch Manager with additional office tasks.
🔹 Liaison Role: Act as the bridge between executives, clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
