📌 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Vendor Relations & Contracts:

Assist in managing vendor agreements and renewals

Coordinate documentation and legal compliance
-
Track vendor performance and maintain contract records
✅ Stock Management & Distribution:
-
Support stock replenishment into Distribution Centres
-
Monitor stock levels and manage supplier deliveries
-
Handle backorders, stock allocations, and returns
✅ Inventory Control & Analysis:
-
Analyse dormant, expired, or short-dated stock
-
Coordinate return-to-vendor (RTV) processes
-
Ensure inventory targets such as sell-through rates and stock cover are met
✅ Category Support & Administration:
-
Maintain accurate product master data
-
Communicate pricing and stock issues
-
Manage SKUs and ensure data accuracy
✅ Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with DCs, suppliers, KAMs, and internal teams
-
Ensure smooth communication and operational alignment
-
Participate in meetings and provide execution status reports
🎓 Minimum Requirements:
📘 Education:

Matric / Senior Certificate
-
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement
📍 Location: Midrand, Gauteng
🛻 Additional: Valid driver’s license and reliable transport
