About the Role

As a Physiotherapist – Home Care, you will play a key role in supporting older clients to remain independent, mobile, and active within their own homes. You will assess, treat, and manage individuals across a range of functional and mobility challenges, driving between client homes in the Southern Suburbs of Perth.

🕒 Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
🚗 Company Car Provided | Work-from-home flexibility available

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough physiotherapy assessments tailored to each client’s goals, needs, and strengths.

• Deliver reablement-focused interventions and restorative treatments to support independence.

• Prescribe mobility aids and other supportive equipment to improve daily function.

• Facilitate and participate in group wellness activities within the community.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review care and therapy plans.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with organisational standards.

• Actively contribute to family meetings, care planning, and professional development sessions.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) or equivalent qualification.

• AHPRA registration (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).

• Valid WA Class C driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Southern Suburbs.

• Experience working with older adults or in aged care settings.

• Ability to complete National Police Clearance and undergo health and reference checks.

• Evidence of COVID-19 and current 2024 flu vaccinations as per Amana Living policy.
