🧾 Job Overview
The PPB COO Graduate Internship Programme is a 12-month structured programme designed to give unemployed graduates hands-on exposure in one of Absa’s most dynamic and strategic functions – the Personal and Private Banking Chief Operating Office (PPB COO). Interns will gain practical experience in fraud, risk, operations, data science, strategy, and change while contributing to real business outcomes.
🎯 Key Responsibilities

Participate in on-the-job training across Fraud, Risk, Operations, Data Science, and Strategy & Change

Handle real business challenges with accountability for defined deliverables

Engage in structured coaching and mentorship from experienced professionals

Support strategic initiatives and process improvement projects

📚 Qualifications
Education:

Completed NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s Degree) or higher in:
