What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional service to Discovery Health members, providers, hospitals, brokers, and employer groups.

Support in-hospital admissions and pre-authorisation through clinical assessments aligned with scheme benefits.

Communicate effectively across various platforms, especially telephonic servicing.

Stay up to date with product and process developments to ensure accurate responses.

Utilize digital tools to optimize customer service experiences.
-
Manage multiple queries and ensure first-time resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer needs.
What You Bring: Qualifications & Skills
Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12)
-
South African accredited Clinical Qualification (e.g., Nursing, Paramedical, or related fields)

At least 6 months’ experience in a customer service or clinical environment
Essential Knowledge & Skills:
-
Clinical knowledge in Anatomy and Physiology
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Excellent time management and multitasking ability
-
Comfort working under pressure and across international time zones (UK business hours)
