🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Volume & Sales: Grow sales volume through the execution of preselling and merchandising standards in the trade.

• Customer Interaction: Establish and maintain positive relationships with both direct and indirect customers.

• Order Management: Assist in generating customer orders by understanding and influencing purchasing decisions.

• Merchandising Excellence: Implement daily merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.

• Route Execution: Visit customer outlets consistently to ensure exceptional product placement and promotional execution.

• Asset Management: Maintain and monitor all company equipment and signage in trade.

• Data & Reporting: Capture and manage market-related information accurately.

• Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with the Sales Team Leader to achieve key metrics.

🎓 Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric/Grade 12 with Mathematics (compulsory)

• A 3-year post-matric qualification in a related field is advantageous

• 1+ year of merchandising or sales experience in the FMCG industry is preferred

• Valid Code 8 (unendorsed) driver’s license is essential
