🎯 Role Overview

SPARK Randpark Ridge is seeking a Primary School Maths Teacher (Intermediate Phase) for the 2025 academic year. This temporary teaching role is ideal for passionate educators who are committed to academic excellence, character development, and modern teaching methodologies like the PR1ME Maths curriculum.

You’ll be at the forefront of shaping mathematical foundations in Grades 4–6, guiding learners in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver daily maths lessons from 7:45 AM to 3:30 PM

• Collaborate with fellow educators to create engaging, learner-focused experiences

• Administer weekly and term assessments and track individual learner progress

• Lead Social Emotional Learning (SEL) sessions to build positive class culture

• Develop individualised learning and behaviour plans

• Communicate effectively with parents and school stakeholders

• Attend professional development workshops and school events (including Saturdays)

• Model and uphold SPARK’s values in all school activities

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Education: B.Ed or PGCE in Intermediate Phase or FET (Maths-focused)

• Registration: SACE-registered (or eligible)

• Experience: Open to both newly qualified and experienced teachers

• Language: Fluent in English

• Clearance: Clean criminal record
