📊 Role Overview – Product Data Analyst

We’re hiring a Product Data Analyst to join our newly formed Product Data Hub, part of the Contracts Data Unit. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and growth teams to uncover patterns in product adoption, drive strategic decisions, and support over 100 product teams with actionable insights.

This is a high-impact role, perfect for someone passionate about data, analytics, and global innovation.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to identify opportunities and solve product-related challenges

• Monitor product/feature launches; define baselines, success metrics, and recommend improvements

• Conduct exploratory data analysis, client profiling, and A/B testing

• Research and identify product adoption trends that influence retention and revenue

• Develop clean data models using dbt, and create user-friendly dashboards via BI tools (e.g., Looker)

• Build and maintain self-service analytics infrastructure

• Create visualizations and reports that influence product decisions

• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team

✅ What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related field

• 5+ years in a product analytics role

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, and experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, Heap, or Amplitude

• Solid experience in data modeling and working with DBT

• Hands-on expertise in BI platforms (preferably Looker)

• Experience with Snowflake and LookML is a plus

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across various teams

• A problem-solving mindset and ability to derive insights from complex datasets
