📋 About the Role

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Service/Product Design Architect to shape and deliver cutting-edge service solutions for clients worldwide. In this strategic, high-impact role, you’ll work closely with business leaders, service managers, and clients to design scalable, sustainable, and best-in-class service offerings.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Lead service design initiatives from concept to delivery, ensuring solutions meet global client needs.

• Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and design service capabilities at process, platform, and organisational levels.

• Produce service design documentation, blueprints, and models for seamless transition into operational phases.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and SMEs to integrate best practices in ITIL, design thinking, agile methodologies, and security.

• Assess risks, verify technical models, and ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable throughout their lifecycle.

• Drive innovation by leveraging industry trends, architecture frameworks, and pre-sales insights.

🎓 Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.

• Advanced expertise in IT operations, service architecture, or pre-sales consulting.

• Certifications in Scaled Agile or ITIL (advantageous).

• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Proven ability to influence design decisions and align technical solutions with business needs.

📅 Experience Required

• Significant experience in IT service design or architecture roles.

• Background in developing and delivering complex service offerings.

• Strong understanding of full software development and service delivery lifecycles.
