We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager in Supply Chain Finance (SCF) to join our high-performing team in Sandton.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Manage all allocated SCF products and sub-products, including regional variations
✔️ Design and execute end-to-end product lifecycle roadmaps
✔️ Own and manage P&L responsibilities for your product suite
✔️ Lead commercial reviews and ensure products remain competitive and relevant
✔️ Conduct market analysis to uncover growth opportunities and strategic alignment
✔️ Stay up-to-date on competitor offerings and positioning
✔️ Contribute to and drive the overall Pan-African SCF strategy
✔️ Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, Sales, Channels, Operations, and Client Onboarding
✔️ Align product development initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
✔️ Drive innovation and efficiency in SCF products across multiple African markets

🎯 Qualifications and Experience:

✅ Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in Finance, Banking, Administration or a related field (NQF Level 7)

✅ Experience:

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in product management

• Specific experience in Supply Chain Finance product development is highly advantageous

• Strong track record in stakeholder engagement and strategic planning
