Are you a recent graduate with a degree in IT (Software Development & Programming) looking for real-world experience with a global automotive leader? Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa is offering an exciting opportunity for passionate and driven individuals to join the Production Systems Young Professional Programme.

This 1-year graduate programme is designed to provide young professionals with hands-on experience in cutting-edge automotive systems and production environments. Participants will gain industry-relevant skills, work alongside experts, and make meaningful contributions to innovation and process development at Ford’s Port Elizabeth facility.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or BTech in Information Technology (Software Development & Programming)

• Must be between the ages of 18–35
